Digital Products, Built Ryte!
Digiryte started out fully remote before remote working was standard practice in the industry, and that founder-led, senior-first way of operating has stuck ever since. It began life as a digital product studio and has grown into a technology consultancy sitting between strategy and delivery, close enough to a codebase to be accountable for it and senior enough to advise a board on it. The company is now over ten years old, with headquarters in Salford’s MediaCityUK and delivery and operations centers in Chennai and Coimbatore, India.
The leadership team is small and named openly rather than hidden behind titles: Dr Baskar Raju, a surgeon turned tech leader, as CEO and MD; Ramesh Raja, described as the founder-architect of Digiryte’s Consult-Audit-Build model, as Field CTO; Harish Radhakrishnan as COO; and Karthik Kumar, a former Big 4 enterprise architect, as CTO.
The pitch is built around combining “Big 4-grade” rigor with the speed of an AI-native engineering firm, no inflated team sizes, no strategy decks that never turn into delivery, and no handover gap between the people planning the work and the people building it. Work runs through four stages: Consult, Audit, Build and Scale, packaged into fixed-scope engagements ranging from a one-week AI strategy sprint to a multi-month SaaS build. Two specialist practices sit alongside the core consultancy: growRyte, focused on product growth, and ventureRyte, aimed at founders building and raising.
Clients named on the site include NHS trusts, CERN, Channel 4, and ARUP, with the company reporting more than 100 projects delivered and 98% client retention. Digiryte holds ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 accreditation and has picked up recognition, including Clutch’s Global 2025 list and a Top AWS Company 2025 title.
