Deka Lash specializes in eyelash extensions, with classic, hybrid, and volume options, as well as its TrueXpress service for those looking for a shorter appointment. It is also a beauty product that includes lash lifts and tints, brow shaping, brow lamination, brow tinting, and Total Brows, which is a combination of brow mapping, shaping, and tinting. Some selected studios also provide facials as well as sugaring for removing facial hair.
The company also has its own line of lash-care products in its studios and online store. Lash-safe cleansers, aftercare, and under-eye care products that help maintain lash extensions between appointments. Deka Lash membership allows customers to have lash services repeated on an ongoing basis at member rates. There are also two refills or one full set per month, depending on the membership, along with discounts for other beauty services and Deka Lash products. The company also offers mobile booking, 24/7 online appointment booking, and a virtual lash try-on option, which allows customers to view various lash styles before booking them.
