Welcome To The One Stop Rubber Shop

Polymax is part of a wider international group that’s been manufacturing and distributing rubber products since 1970, though Polymax Ltd. itself was registered in England and Wales more recently as a dedicated UK arm of that larger operation. The company runs its European sales head office from Bordon, Hampshire, with additional representation across the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, and India, and sister operations including Polymax India and Oringen in the Netherlands.

What’s grown here is less a single product line and more a genuinely enormous catalogue. Polymax now stocks more than 40,000 products ready for next-day dispatch and describes itself as the largest online distributor of O-rings in the UK, with over 30,000 different materials and sizes available through its own search tools. Beyond O-rings, the range covers anti-vibration mounts, oil seals, rubber cord and extrusions, rubber sheeting, matting and flooring, fenders and buffers, silicone products, adhesives and site safety equipment, spanning materials from standard nitrile and EPDM through to specialist compounds like Viton, Kalrez and PTFE.

Manufacturing capability sits behind that catalogue too. Polymax runs its own dedicated plants in Europe and Asia, giving it control over compound selection and composition for custom orders, and offers physical, chemical, and mechanical testing against ISO and ASTM specifications. On the flooring and matting side specifically, the company has been supplying solutions worldwide for more than 15 years, serving sectors from gyms and stables to warehouses and electrical safety settings.

More recently, Polymax acquired Keith Payne Products, extending its range further. The company’s online store now draws more than 30,000 customers a month, and Polymax frames its position simply: a one-stop rubber shop, built on more than four decades of manufacturing and distribution experience behind it, backed by a multilingual sales team working across continents with suppliers and customers alike.
