Euro American Institute

The Euro American Institute (EAI) is an international higher education institution that is based in Msida, Malta. It offers undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degree programs. Every program runs completely online, and it’s aimed at people who want a real, recognized degree without compromising their current job or routine in the process. EAI is licensed by the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA) under Licence No. 2024-032, which lets it offer degrees at MQF/EQF Levels 6, 7 and 8, that’s bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral. Because Malta is situated inside the EU and the European Higher Education Area, these degrees are globally recognized and valued by employers everywhere. They’re recognized through the ENIC-NARIC network in around 55 countries, aligned with the European Credit Transfer System, and covered under the Lisbon Recognition Convention. In addition, EAI is also a WES Digital Partner, so credentials can be sent electronically for verification without any postal delays. It’s part of a wider Euro American Education Group too. This group also has other member institutes that are well-known in the world, including in the UK, Switzerland, and the US. This gives students access to a bigger academic network than an isolated, single campus institution provides.

EAI is different in that it runs independently without any government funding or support. Coming to the programs, EAI organizes its offerings across 4 major schools: Business and Management, Computer Science, Education, and Acturial Science. Under the School of Business and Management, you will access degrees such as Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) and the Master of Philosophy (MPhil), which are both research-oriented. There are MBA and BBA programs also. All these cover topics on leadership, finance, marketing and entrepreneurship, alongside a dissertation. Apart from these, if you are interested in short-term, niche level programs, you can look at postgraduate diploma and certificate options, plus undergraduate diploma, higher diploma and certificate routes. These are for those starting out or looking for a shorter qualification. 

In the School of Computer Science, you can look for bachelor’s and master’s level programs that are majorly focused on areas such as programming, AI, data science, cybersecurity and cloud computing. For shorter duration, there are diploma and certification programs in computer science which you can pursue. The School of Actuarial Science, meanwhile, offers a set of focused Award programs, Advanced Audit and Assurance, Audit and Assurance, Financial Management, Financial Reporting, Performance Management, and UK Taxation. These are useful for those inclined to enhance their skills in finance and accounting, without committing to a full degree. The School of Education delivers a smaller set of programs, including master’s, diploma and certificate, for those building a career in teaching and academic leadership.

All the programs at EAI are delivered online, so the coursework is curated to take care of your busy lives. There is no commuting or relocation needed. You can just login into the learning portal and access session videos, course materials, resources, assignments, quizzes, projects, and more. Faculty members are mostly researchers or industry experts who possess a good amount of experience. They deliver lectures that combine practical aspects with theory, so students can easily learn and apply their skills in their current workplaces.
